We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue your use of our services immediately.

Scope of Services

We provide an online marketplace for handmade dried flower arrangements, norditide bouquets, and decorative wreaths crafted in Český Krumlov. Our services include product listings, e-commerce functionality, and information about our carefully curated norditide collections. Each arrangement is individually designed and handmade to order, ensuring uniqueness and quality. We offer delivery services and detailed care instructions for all our dried flower products to help you enjoy them for extended periods.

User Obligations

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe upon the rights of others or restrict their use and enjoyment of the website. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any person, obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue within our website.

Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the website immediately ceases. We are not liable to you or any third party for any termination of your access to our services. Any outstanding orders will be handled in accordance with our return and refund policy.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the Czech Republic for the resolution of any disputes arising from this agreement or your use of our services.
